Sonia Bate is the founder and Managing Director of EDIT who started the company in 2010 with two goals: to do interesting work and make a difference. This is the foundation of EDIT and how we work. Everything we do is underpinned by impact, excellence and reach. Sonia ensures we have a Pay it Forward element to all the work we do, supporting our clients in increasing the impact of our partnership through community learning, sharing resources and mentoring in the wider business. This is all about reach: on average we work with one million delegates a year but through Pay it Forward that number can easily be doubled.
Known for their partnership approach, our team of experienced global client managers work with you to ensure we make a positive difference to your organisation. They are supported by a highly skilled solutions team who ensure the materials we create are pragmatic, engaging and based on the latest thinking.
