EDIT Development November blog
2018 has been a busy year for Edit Development, and November is no exception. Since September we have been leading a wide range of activities globally, including delivering our solutions in India, Singapore, USA, Germany as well as all across the UK. We have been trying out some of our new game changing experiences including our new theatre forum solution linked to wellbeing and mental health, our growth mindset espresso session and our new digital leader programme. We have also expanded our range of interactive Espresso Sessions in the last few months, now with over 60 to choose from including the delivery of new topics focused on the environment and the role we can all play in enabling a greener and more sustainable future.
November has seen us enjoy International Men’s Day with our clients globally and celebrate the positive role models in our lives. We now look forward to celebrating International Women’s Day on 8th March with a range of sessions formed around 2019’s theme of Balance For Better. We have bespoke solutions in place to celebrate IWD 2019 including Espresso sessions on Unlocking your Superhero, Engaging Men in the Conversation and Multidimensional is the New Linear!
In January, we will also see the launch our next cohort on The EDIT Mentoring Exchange! 2018 has been a great success for the exchange, expanding overseas and becoming a truly globally platform and cross-business network.
